Kara has a BA in Exercise Science through Concordia University and personal training, group fitness certifications and a pelvic floor training certification to help clients build a strong core foundation. She has interned and studied with functional movement specialists and has put all of her experience and knowledge into building her online personal training and goal setting programs, the outdoor 395N Fitness Tour team workouts, Quick Body Fix Courses, and Sunrise Group Workouts, focusing on practical strength training goals.Â
Kara has lived in Mammoth Lakes for over 10 years and loves the active lifestyle the area has to offer. She is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, XC skier, and back-packer. "If it’s outside, I’m in." A goal for her clients is to engage in outdoor adventures and feel confident and strong from their training when trying new activities. Kara believes it's never too late to get started towards a stronger and pain free lifestyle.
